How do you ensure the freshness of your produce during shipping?
We hand-pick and pack our seasonal fruits and vegetables daily. Perishable items are shipped using insulated packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure they arrive at your door as fresh as they were in our market.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. To avoid weekend transit delays for perishable items, we generally ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the continental United States to ensure we can maintain the necessary quality and delivery speed for our farm goods.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process. We will include a printed card with your shipment at no extra charge.
Are your products available year-round?
